Heritage Walk

Walk around Burrs Country Park to discover the evolving history and heritage.

Discuss the following historic buildings and structures within the park:

• The various mills and supporting infrastructure
• The waterways, including the canal feeders, weirs, and the aqueduct
• The workers' cottages
• The East Lancs Railway

Funded by the National Lottery's Heritage Fund, this event is free to access - however, please only reserve a ticket if you intend to participate.

Should you want to help support The Sunnywood Project's work by making a voluntary contribution, the suggested donation is £5.

Limited to 20 participants.

Travel to and from the event along the East Lancashire Railway, using their discounted Family Explorer or Day Rover tickets.
