Weather

Ah, yes! The unpredicatable Great British Weatherâ„¢ As an outdoor festival, we can only hope the temperamental British summer treats us well. Please keep an eye on the forecast and come dressed for whatever the elements throw our way. Should we have to make any alterations to the event or any activities, these will be communicated as soon as possible

Food and Drink

Unfortunately, we are not able to have food and drink vendors for this year's festival. We also ask that no alcohol or BBQs, disposable or otherwise, are brought into the Festival. Please ensure you bring a picnic, snacks, or even your own portable four-course meal if needs be! However, we will have water points - So be sure to bring a refillable water bottle or container.

Toilets

Just because we're going outdoors doesn't mean we have to 'go' outdoors! We will have portaloos onsite a short distance away from the main activities

Dogs

What about your furry friend? You are more than welcome to bring well-behaved dogs permitting they are kept on a lead at all times in the main areas of the Festival. We're sorry, but we won't be able to allow dogs near our campfire areas for health and safety and food hygiene

Volunteering at the Festival

Fancy lending a hand? It takes a village to put something like this on! We have a core group of regular volunteers who help us manage our frequent events but we'd love to hear from friendly folk passionate about helping create a memorable experience for everyone. That may be by: - Helping register and check people in - Marshalling the site and stewarding the events - Helping look after our artists and activity providers - Litter picking and general upkeep It's all important work - From setting up, running the day, and taking it all down again!
