About the Activity

You will be ‘in the moment’ as we focus on breathing and moving with precision and controlled flow.

Breathwork – Nasal breathing. Overview of “true” deep breathing & how this influences the Parasympathetic Nervous System decreasing stress & anxiety.

Alignment free focus on movement & mobility based on the individual. Some Neuro Bio Mechanic focus. Moving well to live pain free.

Relaxation/Savasana. Focus of breathing, being present & addressing the myths of meditation.

Funded by the National Lottery's Heritage Fund, this event is free to access - however, please only reserve a ticket if you intend to participate.

Should you want to help support The Sunnywood Project's work by making a voluntary contribution, the suggested donation is £5.

Limited to 25 participants. Please bring your own yoga mat.

Travel to and from the event along the East Lancashire Railway, using their discounted Family Explorer or Day Rover tickets.
